Same ol, same ol!

I didn't write last week because I really had nothing to write about! I guess that can be a good thing, right! Well this week was pretty much the same. I was asked to come back to AIG to finish the temp. job that I have been working on since September. I was pretty stoked because I am the only one that they asked back! So I will be working there for probably another month. Lately I have been thinking that I maybe want to teach next year so I am trying to set up an appointment with the principal. I really miss coaching the cheer/dance team in American Falls and I heard that there may be a dance or cheer coach needed at the local High School. So maybe things will work out that way! Dave still really likes his job. It's been pretty cold around here lately and he still has to jump in the pools to do the tile clean ups so he can't wait till it gets a little warmer again! Dave got an XBox 360 for Christmas so every spare second he gets, he likes to play live with his friends! Like I said not much going on lately but we're happy!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I just got back from visiting Dave and my parents! It was so nice to be home and just relax. I went up a week earlier than Dave expecting to have all this time on my hands to visit friends and finish my Christmas shopping. To my surprise, I only made it to Pocatello one day and didn't really get to spend that much time with my friends. So friends I am sorry and we'll have to catch up next time!
While we were up in Idaho, my family rented a cabin in Island Park for three nights. My brother brought up eight snowmobiles. Dave had never been on one before so he was pretty excited. We had a blast and if you know my family at all, it is very rare for all of us to be together without a fight, but never say never! There wasn't any fights- even when people were trying to instigate them! It will definetely be a trip to remember!
After Christmas we made our way down to Sandy UT to be with Dave's family. It was very relaxing to just be there. It was so nice to be able to just relax and not have to wake up at a certain time. Dave's mom Shelly is such a great hostess. She would take Angie and I shopping to just get away for a little bit occasionally. While we were down there, we got family pictures taken ( we'll see how they turned out!) and we also went and say I Am Legend. Good movie!
Now we are back in Sugar Land and have to get back to reality! One good thing about living away from home is when you go back, you get spoiled! I definitely got spoiled from dad taking me to lunch every day to mom making sure that all of my things were picked up and clothes washed! I hope you all had as great of a Holiday as I did!
